At Brenco, we have tested and scrutinized the products we offer to ensure they will do what they promise. If they do not reduce our costs, then they do not become part of Brenco Energy Concepts offerings.
The Brenco Energy Concepts Team will utilize the following process in our approach to providing our custom solutions:
- Define The Opportunity: We will clearly define the opportunity for the client in terms they can understand. With the problem specifically stated, we can take meaningful measurements.
- Measure Performance: Determining the characteristics that influence the current state. This is accomplished by measuring specific metrics and collecting appropriate data.
- Analyze Opportunity: Data analysis using powerful mathematics and statistical tools when employed properly will provide a clear picture of variations or needs.
- Improve Performance: Recommended solutions are proposed and discussed with the customer and implemented as accepted.
- Control Performance: It might seem that the application of a solution ends the process for Brenco, but it does not. We offer packages to follow up on a periodic basis to ensure that our solutions are providing the desired impact. This will also be done to validate that internal changes to equipment levels or the worksite have not taken place. These changes may alter the initial anticipated results causing the solution to operate at less than peak performance.
